What kind of shooter is this?
The presentation pairs retro-styled graphics with fast first-person combat. The official campaign is single-player and branching: do not interpret the two-character feature as confirmation of cooperative play.
If you are deciding whether to take a closer look, distinguish three questions: whether this combat style appeals to you, which character you want to learn, and whether the current platform version fits your setup. A launch gallery can help with the first; it cannot establish your performance or a preferred difficulty.
Two characters, different starting interests
The publisher presents returning Ultramarine Malum Caedo as a heavy, relentless combatant, and Sister of Battle Nyra Veyrath as a more agile alternative. Each has a distinct arsenal and style. This introduction does not rank them or invent a damage comparison.

The campaign moves beyond one environment
Official locations include hive-city heights and mangrove swamps. The environment images help explain the range of settings; they are not a route map or proof of where a particular collectible can be found.

Weapons and enemies matter more than the gallery order
The official material highlights weapons such as the chainsword, shotgun and flamer, with enemies drawn from different Chaos factions. A useful next guide should connect one specific weapon decision to a specific encounter, rather than calling every visible weapon the strongest.

The screenshot order here is editorial, not the order in which these fights or weapons unlock. Do not use the image number as a progression instruction.

Navigation is an explicit feature
The official Steam feature list names an optional navigation guide and automap. If finding the next route was your main concern with the previous game, these are the first features to investigate. We do not infer that every route is obvious or that the navigation tools reveal every secret.

Before choosing a platform
Read the current store requirements and version notices for the platform you intend to use. A platform planned for later is not included as already launched here: the publisher’s page still separates a coming-soon option from its available PC, PlayStation and Xbox links.
Graphic violence is prominent in the official presentation. The images show combat content; readers who prefer a low-violence introduction should use the store description before opening trailers.
Sources, dates and image credits
The official Steam listing records October 14, 2026 and is no longer marked coming soon. The publisher page says out now, provides the platform links, character descriptions and image gallery. Its Resources section offers a press kit; the PR release independently records the announced October 14 launch. Images are unchanged publisher material used in editorial coverage of this game, with ownership retained by the credited rights holders.
