How to solve the bar’s glass-and-bell puzzle
On this page
Match the giant glass pitcher’s pitch to the counter bell, then ring the bell again. Add liquid with filled Bottles, remove it with empty Bottles and strike the pitcher with the Wrench to check its tone. Bottle order is randomized, so a video’s fixed combination may not solve your run.

Reach the bar and collect four Bottles
Use the blue Triangular Stone at the symbol door just left of the Floor 3 elevator. Outside, go left for the first Bottle, then enter the bar.
Collect the remaining three from the table, behind the bar and the bathroom. Check all four locations before beginning a long series of adjustments. Missing a Bottle limits what you can try at the pitcher.

Compare one change at a time
- Interact with the bell on the counter and listen to its reference tone.
- Stand at the giant pitcher and use a Bottle to add liquid.
- Equip the Wrench and strike the pitcher to hear the changed tone.
- Compare it with the bell. Use an empty Bottle to remove liquid when you need to reverse an adjustment.
- Once the tones match, return to the counter and ring the bell again.

Keep track of your last adjustment. Changing several Bottles between comparisons makes it difficult to return to a promising level. A short note such as “added this Bottle, then tested” is enough; you do not need to transcribe the video’s entire attempt.
What confirms a correct match?
The final bell interaction shatters the glass when the pitch is correct, allowing you to pick up the USB Cable. Listen-and-adjust is the tuning stage; remember to perform that final bell check before assuming the puzzle has failed.
If nothing happens, recheck the reference tone and current pitcher tone. Do not copy a purported universal Bottle count: the developer explicitly marks the Bottle order as randomized.
The demonstrated solution depends on hearing the comparison. The official material checked for this guide does not establish a universal visual replacement for the tone or an accessibility bypass, so this article does not invent one.
Patch 1.0.1 also fixed the Hourglass being movable in this puzzle. Moving that object is not required by the documented solution.

Checked October 20, 2026 against the developer’s official guide, Glass Liquid Sound Puzzle and its linked Unmutual video walkthrough. The developer flags randomization and lists the movable-Hourglass fix in 1.0.1. Screenshots are limited instructional excerpts from those sources, not our own playthrough. Official 1.0.1 patch notes.
