Replicate the four Dragon Key blueprints in a Clan Dojo’s Orokin Lab, craft them and equip the needed keys in Gear. Search an eligible Deimos Derelict mission for the locked Orokin Vault, open it with the matching key, collect the artifact and extract for a random Corrupted Mod.

Ordinary Warframes and standard quest rewards; quest and reward spoilers below.

Choose the correct Deimos activity

These are the small Dragon Key vaults in the Orokin Derelict tileset, not Mother’s Isolation Vault bounties in the Cambion Drift. Eligible Derelict missions contain one vault, except the excluded Defense, Assassination and landscape activities.

A short Capture mission such as Horend lets you complete the main target and then search. Stay together enough to help a player slowed by a key, but divide explored branches deliberately so the whole squad does not inspect the same rooms.

Equip the keys and account for the penalties

KeyEquipped penaltyPractical check
BleedingReduced healthDo not assume your usual health buffer remains.
DecayingReduced shieldsCheck the actual shield value before launch.
ExtinguishedReduced damageCarry equipment that can still finish the mission.
HobbledReduced movementLeave enough time and a clear extraction route.

A solo player can carry all four keys, but the penalties stack. A coordinated four-player squad can assign one type per person. Compare Gear wheels before launching instead of learning at the door that two people brought the same key and nobody has the fourth.

Read the door prompt before consuming anything

The vault entrance indicates which key is required. Have that player interact with it. Only the matching opening key is consumed; the other crafted keys remain available. The blueprints are reusable, so replace the consumed item before the next run.

Inside, interact with the Corrupted Artifact. Opening the door alone is not the final collection step. One player collecting it is enough for the squad’s extraction reward, but everyone still needs to finish the mission successfully.

Confirm the reward and clean up your loadout

Extract for the random Corrupted Mod. A specific Mod is not guaranteed from one vault, and carrying more keys does not multiply the reward rolls. Keep track of the Mods you actually need instead of treating every duplicate as a failed door.

After farming, remove Dragon Keys from Gear before returning to ordinary missions. Otherwise their penalties can explain a sudden drop in health, shields, damage or movement. Inspect Gear before spending resources trying to repair a build that is simply still carrying its vault setup.
