PUBG Motor Glider Has No Fuel? Fixed vs Random Spawns in 43.2
On this page
In Update 43.2, fixed Motor Glider spawns include some fuel, while random spawns include none. The applicable-map allocation is two fixed and four random gliders, with the random set chosen from twenty points. Finding the vehicle does not establish that it is fuelled or ready for your route.

Check in this order
- Confirm that your platform has the 43.2 change. PC received it October 14; the announced Console maintenance is October 22.
- Inspect the vehicle’s actual fuel state before committing the squad to an airborne route.
- Plan supplies around an empty random-spawn glider. Do not rely on the presence of an airframe as the whole escape plan.
- Keep another usable transport or a ground route available if the required fuel cannot be obtained safely.
Why Normal and Ranked memories can differ
The update aligns vehicle types and quantities across Normal and Ranked on the named maps. An old recollection that one mode cannot contain a particular vehicle may be obsolete. This does not make every spawn point occupied, and it does not apply a six-glider promise to every possible PUBG map.
The count does not identify your spawn
Two fixed and four random describes the allocation. It does not tell you that the glider in front of you is untouched: another player could already have used it. Read the gauge rather than guessing solely from location or an old route video. The patch note does not publish the two coordinates for each map.
Do not calculate a route from assumed full tanks
The fixed-spawn wording is some fuel, not a full tank. Check the actual resource before taking off, and account for how far your planned route needs to go. This guide does not invent endurance, fuel consumption or takeoff thresholds.
A useful failure report
Record map, mode, platform, update and the observed fuel state. If you are investigating an alleged missing glider, distinguish an unoccupied candidate point from the global spawn rule. A random point being empty once does not by itself contradict the allocation.
