Any, All and None are different filter conditions. Use Any when one listed match should qualify, All when the listed requirements must be satisfied together, and None for an exclusion rule. The developer’s numeric Min/Max/Buffer controls apply to Any and All, not None.

Build the smallest useful test first

  1. Describe the intended rule in a sentence: move one of these supplies, require this set together, or exclude these items.
  2. Create a temporary source with one matching item and one deliberately unrelated item. Keep the destination empty enough to accept both for the test.
  3. Select the mode that matches the sentence, then observe which stock is eligible. Add numeric limits only after this basic condition is understood.
  4. Test a missing member of an All condition and an excluded member of a None condition before adding the conveyor to the main sorter.

A controlled example

A preparation box needing two different supply types is not the same problem as a junk box accepting either type. If you configure a combined requirement but stock only one member, a stalled transfer may be the expected condition. Change the missing inventory in the test before replacing the hardware.

Make the system serve the actual goal

Keep exclusion and quantity rules on separate conceptual steps. If your goal is to move everything except a short list, begin with the exclusion decision. If your goal is to keep a counted reserve of selected ingredients, begin with the allowed items and the appropriate numeric limits. Avoid building a rule you cannot explain without reading several screens.

Match the symptom to the next check

What you seeWhat to check
One item transfers but another does notCheck the mode and each item’s numeric settings, not just the item names.
All stops unexpectedlyInspect whether the full required set remains available.
Number fields are absent in NoneThat matches the documented mode distinction; it is not proof of a missing unlock.

Version and setup limits

Use current interface labels on the server you play. A small controlled inventory is more reliable than assuming a historical video’s layout is unchanged.

Keep a note of the server and the one setting changed between observations. A modified server can differ from the default design; a historical demonstration is not a measurement of the installation in front of you. Restore the full line in stages after the isolated test works, checking the destination stock after each stage rather than assuming every new connection preserves the result.
