Why does Juggernaut Omnislash hit creeps instead of one hero?
On this page
Omnislash can slash nearby enemy units as well as the initial target. Enemy creeps near the hero can therefore split the attack sequence instead of leaving every slash on that hero.

The initial target selection is not a promise of single-target damage for the whole ultimate. Before committing, inspect the units around the target and the fight’s movement, rather than judging the cast only by the hero you clicked.
What to do, in order
- Identify your intended hero target and inspect the nearby enemy units before casting.
- If your plan needs concentrated damage, look for a moment when the target is separated from the enemy wave rather than using the spell automatically inside it.
- Cast with a follow-up plan if other enemies remain nearby. Treat the outcome as distributed attacks, not a guaranteed solo kill.
- Watch what Omnislash actually hits. If the damage was split, do not diagnose the result as a missing damage stat first.
- After the sequence ends, reassess the surviving enemies and your escape options; invulnerability during the ability is temporary.
Match the symptom to the cause
I clicked the hero but saw slashes elsewhere
The spell description explicitly includes other nearby enemy units. The clicked target is not the only possible recipient.
The cast was strong in one fight and weak in another
Nearby units and target arrangement can change how concentrated the sequence is. Compare the surroundings before changing your entire build.
I expected a fixed number of attacks from the duration
The skill has an increased attack rate. Duration is not by itself a complete attack-count calculation.

Apply it to one concrete situation
Compare a hero standing beside an enemy creep wave with the same hero separated from it. The first setup gives the ultimate more nearby enemy units to hit. This is a target-selection explanation, not a measured damage comparison or a promise that isolation guarantees a kill.
Current base tooltip values
