Copy the customer’s actual requirements, keep optional ideas separate, and check the finished result against the request before delivery. Use this manual worksheet beside the game. It does not connect to your save, validate a commission or calculate a game score.

Requirement review board

Enter one requirement per line. Mark each from your own in-game observations. Unknown stays unknown; this board does not judge the game score.

No review board yet.

Worksheet only: entries are not sent to us or saved by this tool. Copy or print them before leaving or reloading.

How to use the worksheet

Start with what the game actually says. Preserve unfamiliar terms in the requirements field rather than silently translating them into a material, colour or accessory you think they mean. Put your interpretation in the questions field until you have checked it. Keeping the original wording makes a later correction much easier.

Next, write your design ideas separately. This can include a visual direction or a contrast you want to try. An idea belongs in the required field only if you have evidence that the request requires it. The checkboxes record your own review; checking them does not prove that the game will accept the result.

A worked planning example

Suppose you want to compare two looks. Leave the requirements field for the real request in front of you, then write “Option A: quieter contrast; Option B: stronger contrast” under ideas. Under questions, note which detail you still need to inspect. This is an invented planning example, not a real customer, quest, recipe or guarantee of acceptance.

Before delivery, read the request again without looking at your ideas first. Then compare it with the result and mark only the checks you actually completed. If you are uncertain, leave the relevant box unchecked and write the uncertainty down. A useful checklist makes unknowns visible instead of hiding them behind a completion percentage.

The form runs on this page. It contains no upload or account feature and does not use local storage. Your browser’s own form-restoration behaviour may differ. Printing uses your browser’s normal dialog; choose a PDF destination if your device offers one. This worksheet is not a game mod, save editor, official tool or score predictor.
